2011
Summer Tax Bills are now past due!!!! Please add 5% interest if paying between January 1 and January 31,
2012; 6% interest if paying between February 1 and February 14,
2012. An additional 3% penalty (total 9%) will be added to
all unpaid balances as of February 15, 2012.

2011 Winter Tax Bills
are now due and payable. 1% interest and 3% penalty will
be added to all unpaid balances
February 15, 2012.

All
unpaid 2011 taxes will be turned over to the Jackson County
Treasurer as delinquent March 1, 2012 and additional penalties
and interest will apply.

Township Clerk for times and dates of any upcoming meetings not
listed here and
for complete minutes. Any special meeting will have the time, place and
purpose of the meeting posted outside of the Township Hall at least 18
hours before the meeting. The Liberty Township Office will provide necessary and
reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities
at the meeting upon ten days notice to Liberty Township.
Liberty Township is continually
seeking members of our community interested in becoming more
actively involved in planning, elections, and various appointed
positions. Please contact the Liberty Township Office if you
would like to serve and help shape the development of your community
or if you have any constructive suggestions as to how we can improve
the quality of the services we offer.
