Zoning Permit Application
This is the first step in the building permit process. Once this zoning permit is approved, the resident can then apply for their building permit. Zoning permits are only needed when a new structure or addition is being built.
Zoning Appeal Application
If a zoning permit application is denied, a resident can appeal that decision. They must fill out a Zoning Appeal Application and pay the fee.
Contractors must file this in order to pull any building, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing permits for their projects. This must be filed annually (from date of registration to one year from that date). There is an annual fee of $10.
